As reported in a trip comment on April 26th, I had the privilege of visiting the Frankoma manufacturing factory in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Their large showroom and seconds store provide plenty of treasures to choose from and their hospitality is Oklahoma typical. Tours of the factory run Mon-Fri during store hours which I believe are 9:00 to 5:00.
Frankoma is celebrating their 75th Anniversary with a 75th Anniversary Collector Plate, these plates featuring the hummingbird and native trumpet vine by artist, Murv Jacob, are second in a series of three nature plates. They come in three beautiful colors: Prairie Sky (blue), Peach Mimosa and Dark Sapphire.

Also, look for new and exciting Frankoma dinnerware designs and colors to emerge. Remember, today’s collection will be tomorrow’s antiques and collectibles.
Sapulpa also offers other vintage shops associated with the historic Route 66.
